2. Purpose and scope of application

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the website https://mistertranslate.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by CAES Marketing SL (hereinafter, “MisterTranslate” or the “Provider”). The purpose of the Website is the sale of word packs for the WordPress translation plugin “MisterTranslate”, as well as the dissemination of information related to said service.

Access to the Website grants the visitor the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as in any other applicable legal provisions. If the User does not agree with the conditions set out herein, they must refrain from using the Website.

3. Conditions of use

The User undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the contents and services offered through the Website, refraining from using them to:

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of the Website, understood as, by way of example but not limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, constitute a work whose ownership belongs to CAES Marketing SL, and none of the exploitation rights over them may be understood as transferred to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the contracted service.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of CAES Marketing SL or third parties, and access to the Website shall not be understood as conferring any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the Provider and the User shall be governed by the current Spanish regulations. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Mataró (Barcelona), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless a different jurisdiction is mandatorily applicable by law.

For disputes with consumers and users, the jurisdiction legally established in consumer protection regulations shall apply.
